Seward County Community College sophomore menís basketball players, Theron Wilson and Hank Harris, have announced where they will continue their collegiate basketball careers in 2007-08. Wilson has signed at Bradley University and Harris will sign with Southeast Missouri State University. Wilson and Harris will hold a press conference on Monday, April 30 at 2:30 p.m. in the SCCC All-American room for a signing ceremony. The two Topeka Highland Park High School teammates will each play at NCAA Division I programs next year. Wilson and Harris played two seasons together at SCCC, helping the Saints to 38 victories and to the 2007 Region VI Tournament quarterfinals.

Wilson, a 6-foot-5-inch forward led the NJCAA Region VI in scoring (19.4 ppg.) and rebounding (10.8 rpg.) while being named the NJCAA National Player of the Week twice. He was selected a Second Team Jayhawk West All-Conference pick and was named First Team All-Region VI.

Harris was the Saints starting point guard for the entire conference schedule in 2006-07. He averaged nine points, four assists and 2.4 rebounds per game. Harris played in every game for the Saints during his two-year career at SCCC.
