Rachel Cano records the result of a chemical analysis in a food chemistry lab at Seward County Community College/Area Technical School. This spring students can begin taking Introduction to Food Science and Safety, a new course and program that prepares students for a wide range of careers in food quality control, processing, product development, safety, microbiology  or sanitation.
