Seward County Community College/Area Technical School is offering a number of summer enrichment courses for students entering grades 1-6. Session 1 is July 16-19 and session II is July 23-26. Classes are offered 8-10 a.m. or 10:15-12:15 p.m.
Classes this year are Aboriginal Dot Painting, 5-6; Archery: Bow-Up, 5-6; Basic Art, 1-6; Bible Basics, 1-3 and 4-6; Book Making, 5-6; Card Making, 1-3, 4-6; Challenge Course: Experience the Teambuilding; Adventure, 5-6; Cheerleading, 1-6; Chess, 5-6; Clowning, 3-6; Cupcake Madness, 1-3, 4-6; Digital Photography - Express Yourself, 1-3, 4-6; Drawing, 1-6; Extreme Martial Arts, 1-3, 4-6; Hip Hop, 1-6; Hoop Shoot, 1-4, 5-6; Introduction to Art, 3-4, 5-6; Jewelry Making, 1-6; Kids in the Kitchen, 1-3, 4-6; Mad Science, 1-3, 4-6; Microsoft Publisher, 1-3, 4-6; Physics for Kids, 3-4, 5-6; Scrapbooking Explosion, 1-6; Show Your Creative Side, 1-2, 3-4; Step into Soccer, 1-3, 4-6, 5-6; Swimming, 1-6; Tennis, 1-3, 4-6; Three Dimensional Computer Art, 1-3, 4-6; Ultimate Mixed Martial Arts Jujitsu, 1-3, 4-6 ; Unique Batik with Wax Crayon, 5-6; and Wild Adventure Photo Fun, 1-2;
Each class is $25. Anyone enrolled in Kids College can have pizza and swim from 12:30-2:15 p.m., July 19 and July 28.
