The SCCC/ATS Education program is hosting a meeting with Pedro Espinoza at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 14, in Room H113 of the Shank Humanities Building, 1801 N. Kansas, Liberal, Kansas.
Individuals can start their education at SCCC/ATS and transfer to K-State as part of the Project ADVOCATE program (Adding Diverse Voices and Opening doors to Change: Advancing Teacher Education).
The goal is to recruit, prepare, mentor and graduate bilingual Elementary and Secondary education candidates who are highly skilled to serve English as a Second Language children.
