The Seward County Community College menís basketball team didnít choose the right 20 minute period to go cold shooting the basketball. Not only did the Saints shoot only 34 percent from the field in the second half, they allowed Brown Mackie College to shoot 64 percent from the field, as the Lions came fighting back in the second half of Friday nightís game to defeat the Saints 99-89, in the opening night of the Pizza Hut Classic in Liberal at the Green House. Seward County led by as many as 16 points in the first-half, before Brown Mackie made their run to pick up a big road win. SCCC falls to 9-3 overall this season, and No. 8 (NJCAA D-II) Brown Mackie improves to 11-3 overall.
