Two Seward County Community College/Area Technical School students are headed to Washington early in 2016. Ruben Pando of Satanta and Andrew Ortiz of Liberal learned this week that they were selected to present summer research work at the Emerging Researchers National Conference in STEM, to be held in the nation's capital in February. Ortiz and Pando took part in a summer research program at Kansas State University.
