The Seward County Community College Board of Trustees met Monday to discuss the establishment of the challenge course, the physical education and wellness program review and to hire a number of new employees for the fall 2005 school year.

As the administration finalizes the fiscal 2006 budget that will be presented to the board in July, they are waiting to hear from the legislature on possible cuts regarding plans to fund K-12 needs, which could further affect the development of the college’s budget, said Dr. Duane Dunn, SCCC president.
